14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Pheron Agent, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date — no questions asked.

To request a refund, email support@pheronagent.com with:

Your order number (from your Lemon Squeezy purchase confirmation email)
The email address you used to purchase

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.

After 14 Days

Refunds are not available after the 14-day window has passed.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available if:

Your license key has been shared with others or used in violation of the License Agreement.

Hardware Compatibility

Pheron Agent requires Apple Silicon (M1 or later) running macOS 15 Sequoia or later. Please verify your system meets these requirements before purchasing. Purchases made on incompatible hardware are not eligible for exceptions outside the standard 14-day window.
